- 3 large peeled fuyu persimmons
- 4 small pitted dates
- 1 oz almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- Chop persimmons, then add all ingredients to Vitamix.
- Use taper to push down and blend.
