Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

- 1 medium white onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 jalapenos
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 2 cups of chicken stock
- 2.5 lbs of fresh ground turkey breast
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¾ lb chopped cauliflower
- 1 tsp hungarian sweet paprika
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 tsp of fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Cook ground turkey breast in a large pan with olive oil until turkey breast goes from pink to white, then transfer to crockpot.
- Chop white onion, red bepper, tomato, garlic, and cauliflower and add over turkey in crockpot.
- Chop jalapenos and remove most of the seeds, then add to crockpot.
- Then add tomato paste, cumin, chipotle powder, hungarian sweet paprika, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper to crockpot over vegetables.
- Then pour chicken stock over everything in crockpot, and give it a good mix.
- Cover crockpot, and set to high for 5-6 hours.
- Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and squeeze in some fresh lime juice before serving.
