Easy Blended Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 celery stalk
  • half an onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 cup of bone broth (or water)
  • 1 tsp himalayan sea salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
Instructions
  1. Boil and steam ingredients in a pot. Water can be subsituted for bone broth if following a vegan diet.
  2. Once cooked, add ingredients to a blender. An immersion blender will also work.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
