Easy Blended Vegetable Soup

- 1 celery stalk
- half an onion
- 3 carrots
- 1 cup of bone broth (or water)
- 1 tsp himalayan sea salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- Boil and steam ingredients in a pot. Water can be subsituted for bone broth if following a vegan diet.
- Once cooked, add ingredients to a blender. An immersion blender will also work.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
