Slow Cooker Mexican Shredded Beef

- 1 serano chili diced
- 9 roma tomatoes chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 3 lbs of grass-fed beef brisket
- 1 large white onion
- 1 tbsp of chili powder (I used Frontiers brand)
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1 cup of water
- Add ingredients to slow cooker.
- Set on low for 9 hours or high for 6.
